Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe
Cocoa powder, 1/4 cup
Maple syrup, 3 tbs
Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
Salt, 1 pinch
Vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp
Coconut milk, 1 1/2 cups
Chia Seeds, 1/2 cup
Whisk together cocoa powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla to make a paste.
Gradually add coconut milk while continuing to whisk until smooth.
Add chia seeds and whisk to combine.
Transfer to container (I use a mason jar), cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Serve chilled with desired toppings and enjoy!
