Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder, 1/4 cup

  • Maple syrup, 3 tbs

  • Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp

  • Salt, 1 pinch

  • Vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp

  • Coconut milk, 1 1/2 cups

  • Chia Seeds, 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Whisk together cocoa powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla to make a paste.

  2. Gradually add coconut milk while continuing to whisk until smooth.

  3. Add chia seeds and whisk to combine.

  4. Transfer to container (I use a mason jar), cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  5. Serve chilled with desired toppings and enjoy!
